Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shri Krishna Tour and Travels, we aim to provide reliable and convenient travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules related to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a refund*.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip are not eligible for any refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

*Refund percentage may vary based on vehicle type and advance paid.

2. Cancellation by Shri Krishna Tour and Travels

  • If we cancel the trip due to operational issues, vehicle breakdown, or unavoidable circumstances, customers are eligible for a full refund of advance payment.
  • We may offer an alternate vehicle or reschedule as per customer preference.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • Any convenience fees or transaction charges are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Trips can be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance based on vehicle availability.
  • Last-minute rescheduling is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

5. Partial Payments & Advance Amount

  • Advance payments are used to secure vehicle and driver availability.
  • Only the refundable portion (if applicable) will be returned after cancellation.
  • In case of special vehicle bookings (Innova, Tempo Traveller, Luxury Cars), advances may be partially non-refundable.

6. No Refund Situations

  • Customer is unavailable at pickup location.
  • Incorrect travel details provided during booking.
  • Customer violates company safety rules or misbehaves with the driver.
